The extended warranty is available as an AXIS service offer to purchase. It includes cameras, video encoders and decoders and is sold in two-year extensions up to a maximum warranty period of five years.

- Order a warranty code through VTIS , which includes so many warranty extensions as you need. The warranty can be extended to a maximum of five years.
- Compile your network video products in your MyInventory at axis.com.
- Redeem the warranty code in your MyInventory.
- Finally register the warranty extensions for each network video product in your MyInventory.
